Return in Kyiv:
Return in Kyiv is carried out only at the pickup point within 14 days from the date of purchase.

After the return of the goods, subject to the preservation of its consumer properties and presentation, a refund is made in a manner similar to the method of payment, on the day of return or, in the absence of money in the cash register, within 7 banking days.
Note:
In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, the store assumes the costs of shipping. To do this, you must provide a receipt for the shipment of goods.
If the item sent is non-refundable, the store is forced to send it back at the buyer's expense.
Refunds, in case of sending the goods through mail, are carried out to the buyer's settlement account.
If the product does not work (damaged), the exchange or return of the product is possible only if there is a conclusion from the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions are not violated.
